Returns & Exchanges
All returns require the customer to arrange returns with Redeye Reloading. Returns are not accepted without prior contact with Redeye Reloading personnel. Please call or email Redeye Reloading before returning any items. Items returned without prior contact with Redeye Reloading personnel will be looked at as a gift to Redeye Reloading and we will enter it into an annual (or as needed) crap-bag giveaway.
- Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 10 days of receipt.
- Returns must be in original packaging and the condition you received it to receive return credit.
- No returns on live ammunition or powders..
Order Changes
Once you submit your order to Redeye Reloading and it has been processed and shipped we cannot change or cancel your order. Please make sure you want the item(s) before you submit the order. Any changes or cancellations after shipment will be subject to our return policy.
Order Cancellations
Customers are able to cancel an order any time before the item ships. If you cancel your order after the end of the business day that you placed the order, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee. (Orders placed after 6:00PM EST will have until the close of business the following day.) If you cancel your order before the end of business we will not assess the cancellation fee.
